***********************************

This is the 31st running of one of Colorado Springs oldest races and fits in with the second oldest parade in our community. The 5K on St. Patrick's Day kicks off the start of the running season for runners in the Springs. For most of the races, the weather has been quite marvelous, with just enough of a nip in the air. The 5K is one of the fastest 5K's in Colorado Springs and will be run on Tejon Street, starting and ending at Acacia Park. Come on Down(town)!!

Proceeds benefit the original Colorado Springs St. Patrick's Day Parade

Leprechaun Fun Run!

A one mile run up and back on Tejon Street, in front of a crowd is a fun way for your wee ones to participate, and start in their life-long love of running.

More information will be coming soon

Child Care will be available on Race Day during Race time only for the youngsters. Handled by the Colorado Springs Community Centers for a suggested donation of $5, child care will be available in Acacia Park. You can register the little ones while you are at the EXPO to secure your spot! Look for their Booth at the Expo.

The Donations for child care will benefit the CS Community Centers programs. They will also accept kids on race day.
